He also holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Education from 2010 and has been working as a primary school teacher for over a decade. It was his passion for supporting students, teachers and parents within the school community that cultivated his desire to work at a deeper level with clients to make long-lasting changes. Pádraig’s other relevant qualifications include certificates in mindfulness, Havening and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) which he completed with NLP Ireland in the summer of 2018.

Pádraig primarily adopts an integrated approach that is underpinned by client-centred therapy. This allows for an in-depth integrative therapy to be cultivated, enabling him to identify an effective therapeutic plan in order to affect lasting change and develop resources from within.

Pádraig’s main goal is to create a relaxed, calm, compassionate and safe space where every client can feel they are acknowledged, accepted and unconditionally supported in order to give them the best opportunity to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

“Life can be extremely challenging and, at times, overwhelming. It is my intention to provide a space of safety, support and compassion where we can reflect, release and respond to such challenges through developing and fostering inner resources we never realised we had.”
